Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume release periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Reynolds & Sons is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Reynolds & Sons is not liable for packages that are delayed, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs before the order is re-dispatched.
Reynolds & Sons reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on orders returned to sender due to incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Reynolds & Sons is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Refused Shipments
Shipments that are refused or returned to sender by the customer will be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
