Refund policy

Reynolds & Sons accepts returns within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required (no exceptions)

We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, altered, or used products.

Reynolds & Sons reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements and may apply a restocking fee if policy terms are violated. Reynolds & Sons reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether returned merchandise meets return eligibility requirements.


Final Sale & Release Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation:

  • Release products (Any product with a release or launch date published anywhere online or stated in the product description)
  • Collaborations
  • Clearance or marked-down items
  • Items purchased using a discount code
  • Crep products
  • Purple Denim
  • Hats
  • Socks
  • Accessories
  • Any item labeled “Final Sale”

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a verified fulfillment error.

 

Manufacturing Defects

Reynolds & Sons is a retail distributor and does not manufacture the products we sell. Any claims regarding manufacturing defects must be directed to the original manufacturer in accordance with their warranty and claim procedures.

Reynolds & Sons does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer. Wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or sizing concerns are not considered manufacturing defects.


Online Returns

Before sending back an online order, you must contact us for return approval.

Once approved:

  • Ship the item using a carrier of your choice
  • Include your order number inside and outside the package

We do not offer free return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we receive an item that does not meet return eligibility requirements, it will be refused and returned to sender.

 

Address Accuracy & Refused Shipments

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Reynolds & Sons is not liable for packages that are delayed, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or improperly formatted address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address issues:

  • The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

Shipments that are refused and/or returned to sender by the customer will be subject to a restocking fee.


Agreement to Policy

By placing an order on reynoldsandsons.com, the customer agrees to all posted store policies, including our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
